- Any additional stop within 2km will be charged at SGD10 per stop. More than 2km will be charged at SGD20 per stop. (maximum 2 extra stops)
- Midnight Surcharge 23:30hrs – 06:30hrs additional SGD12
- Grace waiting time (10 minutes for 1 Way transfer) / (60 minutes for Arrival – once the flight/ferry has landed) thereafter SGD10 for every 10 minutes block will be charged to the total bill.
- Public Holiday / Peak Season Surcharge additional SGD10
- Super Peak Period Surcharge additional 50% – 100% (Big Events such as F1, CNY, Airshow, etc.)
- Passengers are counted on a per-head basis. Overloading of passengers could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident
- Luggage must be stacked properly to maintain safety & visibility. Improper stacking could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident

MaxiCab-Limo hotline are 24/7 since we service clients at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. If you have an emergency, please call our office as our email is not monitored during the evenings/weekends.
Reservations can be made with us from a variety of options. We accept reservations via phone call, WhatsApp or email.
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover) for initial deposits and final payments. We also accept cash and via paynow/paylah transfer payment.
The maximum luggage allowance shown for each vehicle is based on safety, so we strongly advise you not to exceed the limit. Our chauffeurs retain the right to refuse the service based on the amount of additional luggage and excess luggage may also result in additional charges. If you are not familiar with the vehicle maximum luggage allowance, please contact us and we would be glad to assist you.
