If there is a situation whereby no vehicle is available for your booking, we will arrange the next higher capacity for your booking at no extra cost. Unless there is a preference indicating that particular type of vehicle is required.
For peak season or peak period hour, if there is shortage of vehicle, we might change to higher seating capacity with no extra cost.
- Additional SGD10 – 25 for pick up in these areas (Admiralty, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Sembawang, Woodlands, Boon Lay, Jalan Bahar, Taman Jurong – Jurong East/West, Kranji, Lakeside, Lim Chu Kang, Sentosa Island, Jurong Island & Tuas)
- Additional SGD10 for Bulky/Moving Item & Wheelchair Transfers
- Do inform us in advance if you require baby/booster seat. There will be an additional SGD20 for baby/booster seat
- Any additional stop within 2km will be charged at SGD10 per stop. More than 2km will be charged at SGD20 per stop.
- Midnight Surcharge 23:30hrs – 06:30hrs additional SGD12
- Grace waiting time (15 minutes for 1 Way transfer) / (60 minutes for Arrival – once the flight/ferry has landed) thereafter SGD10 for every 10 minutes block will be charged to the total bill.
- Public Holiday Surcharge additional SGD10
